Today’s podcast looks at our new stretch of timescape, following relentless Saturn aspects going back a decade and many other events, in a sequence that has now reached a turning point. In this edition I don’t cover the immediate news, but rather the wider picture of time in the context of astrological history going back to 2001.
The planets would indicate that we’re getting some relief from a certain kind of intensity, with the gift being a time to focus our energy, thoughts and emotions in preparation for something much larger.

I agree about the music. I was going to write this earlier but didn’t get around to it. It goes on way too long at the end and the level is so high that it competes with your voice. Even if it were lower I think it still runs too long while you’re talking. Actually, I thought it was kind of cheesy music too. I liked Sinead and even the Grateful Dead better. This was like a bajillion percent too much astrology music. I think maybe 40% more balls and 30% more dick and 22.5% more pussy and 6% more acoustic ukelele and I’d be happy.

Very nice podcast, Eric, but if you don’t mind a bit of feedback on the music, it’s okay — not my personal choice of music genre, but okay — but it’s really hard to have the music overlaid on top of you speaking.
It’s very hard to focus on what you’re saying with the music on top of it.
I’d suggest that you just play the music for 30 seconds or so, if you want some kind of music in the audio. And have it separate from the speaking.

On a sad note I’d like to mention that my celtic heart was broken yesterday, hearing of the death of the Irish/Scottish troubadour Gerry Rafferty — “Stuck in the Middle with You” and “Baker Street” are two of his biggest hits.
I just adored his music. It really resonated with me. Tragically he struggled with alcoholism for most of his life and died of liver failure ;-(
RIP Gerry.

I’m in a “9” year per Christine DeLorey’s numerology – so that fits the mix too…..really already feeling intensely what you have described here re: preparation for a shift. Lots of excess energy around that – some anger to release, don’t normally feel that one, but I guess with all this stuff happening on my Cap 13 5th house Mars there’s a little trigger point.
And with Chyron and Neptune approaching natal Sun at 2 Picses (7th) – which opposes Natal Pluto at 1 Virgo – as well as Neptune and Jupiter approaching natal Moon/n/Eris at 8 Aries (9th)……well, the list of stuff happenin’ here goes on and on……since I’m still rank Amature with Astrology, I’ll just “go with the flow” – and effort at channeling all that Mars energy!
