Planet Waves FM :: Minor Planets, Ohio and the Election

In tonight’s edition of Planet Waves FM, I offer a look at my recent article in The Mountain Astrologer, which is the first comprehensive survey of the minor planets in an astrology magazine. I read from the article, describe some of what it says and tell you how to get your hands on a copy. I also look at the current sky and planetary positions, and the Libra New Moon opposite Eris. Finally, I take a look at the chart for Ohio, currently the state to win if you want to be president, and the chart for the election itself. All in all a fine edition of Planet Waves FM.

  1. Fabulous edition of Planet Waves FM, Eric! The political coverage on Planet Waves is some of the best independent work I’ve seen anywhere. I find it more insightful and accurate than mainstream news. Thanks to the whole PW team!!

  2. Eric: Thank you for another great podcast that deftly weaves intriguing threads of nuanced theme across strong yarns of specific substance. The Mountain Astrologer piece and both versions of the election day thesis are destined to be useful references in the annals of astrology. Your perspective on Ohio’s part in the Electoral College is particularly inspiring.
Please allow me to add my own thankful acknowledgement to Chelsea’s role in Planet Waves as well.

  3. Just a few quick comments:

    – This Saturn/Neptune trine across Scorpio and Pisces seems to be working really really well for me. I’m picking up an enormous amount of collective depth psychology material.

    – I emailed you a couple of articles yesterday about how most of the movement in the polls toward Romney has come from single women. That’s what we’d expect with Black Moon Lilith in the Ascendant of the 2012 election chart. From the standpoint of today, it looks like we’re heading toward a squeaker, but that could change. As you’ve pointed out, the weeks both before and after election day look like a roller coaster.

    – That star you mentioned is pronounced Beetle Juice. BTW, if you haven’t seen it, go rent the movie Beetlejuice. It’s a cult classic.

    – Congratulations and many thanks to Chelsea!
