It’s with a profound sense of relief that I can tell Planet Waves readers that Enceno Macy is free. A talented writer who has contributed to Planet Waves the past four years from inside the prison system, he was released this week a free man. Perhaps some time soon he will be sharing his story with us; he’s accepted my invitation to be a guest on Planet Waves FM. Once he’s a bit more settled, he will resume work as a Planet Waves writer. I just wanted to let his many fans know that he is roaming the world, he’s doing great and my assessment from spending the day with him is that he’s going to do just brilliantly in a world that is still, for the moment, a strange, new and unfamiliar place. –efc
