Professional situations are based on relationships. In life we tend to overplay the value of personal relationships and underplay the value of professional ones. I think this tendency exists because we tend to view work relationships as based on power and aggression. By contrast, personal relationships seem to offer us so much more influence. Rhe time has come to make a shift. If you want to have the authority over your own creative process that you need, take it one relationship at a time. And if, presently, those relationships are difficult, you need to make some decisions.
