Astrology Today: Oracle for Monday, September 16, 2013

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Aquarius monthly for Aug. 12, 2008

Astrology Blog: The Oracle, Weekly Horoscopes, Monthly Horoscopes.

An extraordinary door is opening up for you not just in one relationship, but in your whole experience of relating to the world. The theme is not merely change; rather, it is a highly unusual type of metamorphosis that engulfs the person you’re experiencing and, by extension, transforms you. The story is told by an eclipse in your opposite sign, Leo. It would be an understatement to say that you have reached a threshold point in your relationships, and as you go through that opening you will leave some key elements of the past behind you. What you are likely to discover is your ability not only to see yourself vividly in other people, but to do so in a way that is distinctly free from what you have experienced so many times before. And this will leave room for experiences you have only imagined at your most poetic.

Note, The Oracle is a random selection from the Eric Francis horoscope archives. Each day we publish one entry from among the 10,000 in our database. It’s a little slice of horoscope history — but chosen by our Oracle program, which always speaks to the present moment. New horoscopes are published each Friday plus twice a month in Planet Waves subscriber edition and Planet Waves Light.

  1. Dream

When I feel myself scattered like a burst cloud or shattered like a falling glass pane
let me remember your name, and ask you to hold me.
When the call from stillness guides me to move with your rhythm,
welcome me that I may be with you and the pounding of your heart.
When I rush thoughtless, be with me, steady my course in storms of uncertainty
and when I falter, stand by my side that I may step surely.

If I should fall into forgetfulness bring me back to beauty, balance and harmony
so that the song you shelter for me shall stay free
and that my heart shall sing aloud.
    May all who have ears to hear, be gladdened;
and all who have not be granted the insight of their own wisdom
that they too shall awaken to the joy that sweeps through all time.

Daniel, i think I have a migraine in my belly.

  2. The Well

Jack and Jill went up the big hill to fetch some pails of water…
Only Jack was too tired and Jill went too fast,
And forgot all about his graces of past.
Now, when Jill had noticed no water in sight,
A friend there told her, “Jack had been here all night!”

Then Jack came along with his big droopy eyes,
And said his hard work was just to surprise.
He just wished to walk with her up and down the big hill,
Without the big buckets and water to fill.

Then tending the fields one day Jill lonely found,
She wished that her Jack and his smile were around.
But little did she know the birds heard her good heart,
And they told Jack of her tale and her wish to impart.
Ready she was and so was he too,
And later reunited and embraced all anew.

To their life and their buckets and their deep well to draw,
All the water they wished for in abundance flowed,
All the birds and the flowers did stand back in awe,
Allowing all that was theirs to the World they showed.
