Today’s Oracle takes us to the Leo monthly for June 24, 2008

There are two kinds of fantasies: the idle ones, that are more like wishes; and the ones where you summon your deepest creativity and activate the power of your imagination. As a Leo, you are much more inclined to the second type, and especially now. Consider for a moment that your thoughts actually have creative power. Consider that they are like blueprints that establish the pathways of your psychic architecture. One reason this is not a popular theory is because if it’s true, we might be concerned that fear would have the same power to create negativity. I don’t think this is true; rather, I think that fear serves mostly to block creative power, waste energy and distract us, rather than to create specific negative outcomes. What you need to remember is that fear and creativity have a distinct relationship. The more creative potency we apply to a situation, the more fear we are likely to stir up and will need to process. This willingness to work with fear rather than against it is often the line between true and false creativity. So keep shining your light. Pour it into the shadows, and look for the many ways there is simply nothing there — then collect all that energy that was holding you back from envisioning the future and taking action to create it.
Note, The Oracle is a random selection from the Eric Francis horoscope archives. Each day we publish one entry from among the 10,000 in our database. It’s a little slice of horoscope history — but chosen by our Oracle program, which always speaks to the present moment. New horoscopes are published each Friday plus twice a month in Planet Waves subscriber edition and Planet Waves Light.
Thanks dear!

Truly amazing words. Thank you, dear Eric.
Thanks dears. Wonderful – alll of it! My ukulele life is taking shape. Last night I met a (woman) friend of some friends who is a wonderful singer, and is interested in working with me and my ukulele. While the other evening I gave my first mini performance at a party, and a brilliant guitarist played along with me. My dream is to get some little group going (talking of dreams!), and something is definitely moving. It’s so true that Goethe quote about action having power and magic in it. Lovely to be able to share this with you guys.
In the meantime…

The Soldier’s Dream
In a moment so clean my lungs rest from a pulsating throb that echoed amidst a sea of voices yelling screaming agitated churning up the twisted fragments of sky where flashes of my body lie ripped apart now on the wet ground of blood and rain or the sea that rose up from the depths to wash down off my face the salt and sweat that sting my eyes and enter the corners of my mouth and I taste myself on my tongue this singing cry of freedom borne out of my sides like ribs of plasma and currents that rise the hairs on my skin opening pores on my body that melt into the hands of the earth who caresses my back who strokes my neck who softens the gnawing threshold who kisses my forehead and feet wrapped in her deep gaze and longing to be fulfilled to I as one with her lost in the broken perfection of our together dream.
