Today is Monday, June 20, 2011. It’s the last day of the Sun’s trek through Gemini, and the last of the first quadrant since equinox. We’re now on the eve of solstice, which is the Sun’s ingress into Cancer, the 4th sign. Cancer is distinguished by being a cardinal sign, thus part of the cardinal cross, and part of the Aries Point. When the Sun makes its ingress, the Moon will be in Pisces. For now it’s transiting Aquarius, which is a gregarious yet serious, easygoing yet sensitive sign for the Moon.
What makes this week and this solstice season interesting is that the Sun makes a rapid sequence of alignments to other planets in the first days of its Cancerian journey. This is the result of many slow-moving planets being early in new signs, many of them also in the cardinal cross. Perhaps most noteworthy is how the Sun in Cancer picks up on Chiron and Neptune in Pisces, as well as Mercury in Cancer. The water signs get turned on by the Sun entering any one of them, and there are planets already vibrating through the psychic/emotional, subtly mental realm of water. This turns on the flow of emotion, which is energy in motion as well as being an inner sensation. The implication is to keep moving, to keep your process going, and to consciously not stagnate. Remember that express is the opposite of depress.
That it’s the Sun making these aspects emphasizes the point. The Sun is the expressive will, the outer ego, one’s sense of presence in the world. The message of these aspects is to reach out; to make the offer; to be the one to take the chance to say hello.

Thanks for the links. I wasn’t sure what to make of all this on Ft. Calhoun but it’s clear that place is under water.
The narrator on the first video points out that the water just flows back into the Missouri River after it inundates the power plant.
He also says that Calhoun is the designated storage place for spent fuel rods from several other nuclear plants, and that the fuel rods are stored in a ground-level container.
In that case, they would all be under water, and that water would be flowing right back into the river.

US orders news blackout over crippled Nebraska Nuclear Plant: report
A shocking report prepared by Russia’s Federal Atomic Energy Agency (FAAE) on information provided to them by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) states that the Obama regime has ordered a “total and complete” news blackout relating to any information regarding the near catastrophic meltdown of the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Power Plant located in Nebraska.
According to this report, the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Plant suffered a “catastrophic loss of cooling” to one of its idle spent fuel rod pools on 7 June after this plant was deluged with water caused by the historic flooding of the Missouri River which resulted in a fire causing the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) to issue a “no-fly ban” over the area.

Thanks for the info Eric – certainly a feeling of nurturing within me. Yes – that little bit of courage to be the one to express that feeling and say hello, and find common ground – that little extra bit of courage seems to be bringing people together.
Cheers.
thanks for the catch, carly58! i’ll fix that now — eric’s been a busy guy today, & probably did enough work for two sundays today. no wonder there was a date mixup.
of course, you may very well have slipped through an unseen portal as well — i can’t really vouch for that part.
😉
Ummm, just checking in. It’s Monday, June 20, 2011 where I am. Did I slip through an unseen portal?
