Thank you Len. I really appreciate your sentiment.
Oh and Fe, I should have added that I thought your Haiku was *terrific.*
Eric: Thank you for sharing a bit of the Grandmother Land with us.
Fe: Thank you for your insight into Haiku. Please keep them coming.
shebear: My heart extends to yours.
One of the most favourite photographs that I have in my possession is of a black and white picture of solid, rugged rock to the top half with rapidly rushing, white capped water to the bottom. I have always thought of the Virgo/Pisces polar energies when I stare at it and I feel balanced and content………this coming from a solar Virgo.
I love these three photographs you have taken and shared with us today, Eric, because they also evoke that balanced feeling and this from a lassie who hails from the Irish province of Ulster no less! *Also*, the fact they are taken in the Grandmother land is apropos as well because yesterday I sang at the funeral of a very dear friend who was like the grandmother I never had. I bonded with her these past five years unlike any other woman I have ever met. Her spirit feels very powerful at the moment and as I say of all my loved ones who has passed on, her presence is portable now so I have here around me everywhere I go!
Yeah, pretty good all round, gazing at the beautiful Coxing Stream of the Grandmother Land of Ulster County 😉
yes
a complete poetic day
thank you
New haiku:
Inside water’s
distinct amorphous
quality
lies deepest order
i thought i saw a lady bug in the third one …
these rocks make some interesting shapes…and it could be a genre of photographs…
I like how in the second photo the rock at the top looks like a lady lying on her left side in the stream, or maybe I’m just seeing things.
I like that stick
