Either we all have our rights or none of us have our rights. Ridge (the former Homeland Security chief) is no longer a known federal employee, but those who are, are currently sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution. I believe that under this founding document of our nation, the ideas that make us who we are and for which the precious flag supposedly stands, one has their rights suspended after conviction, not before.
