Reaching out in my small way to Japan, to loved ones and co-workers despite ‘uncertainty and impermanence in the onrush of time.’ Because basic things do make a difference. Loving kindness, loving presence, patience, loyalty, etc. Just need to extend those same things to myself including quiet time and rest.
