Astrology Today: The Oracle for Monday, April 18, 2011

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Pisces monthly of Dec. 11, 2006

The Oracle.

One’s career is not everything, but yours is about to come close. If you’re working slinging coffee, now is the time to get free. If you’re a writer who has been steadily working on your craft, dedicated to doing your best each day, now is the time to suddenly become visible. If you feel the indescribable urge to hide under a rock, get ready to sign autographs.

(The Daily Oracle is a random selection from one of 10,000 Eric Francis horoscopes. New horoscopes by Eric are published weekly plus twice a month in Planet Waves Astrology News and Planet Waves Light. The Oracle itself is a divination tool available to subscribers to either of these services.)

  1. hmm — mermaid, here’s a thought:

since the oracle is randomly-selected (well, really this applies to any horoscope, but i think esp to the oracle) you are free to A. decide which part of it resonates with you, or B. decide none of it does. maybe this is your time to “get free” as it mentions, and then the visibility can follow?

as i keep getting reminded, freedom is in our minds. maybe that’s one reason it often seems so challenging. absolute freedom can seem scary, and our resistance wants very much to keep us ‘safe’.

  2. Please pardon my victim mentality at the moment. (Maybe that’s about Mars opposite Saturn, and last night’s Aries Sun/Libra Full Moon, among other things?) I must point out that if we’re really ready to come out of seclusion, and face the public, let’s do so at the right time and in the right place. In other words, if one is currently coming out in an active rock quarry, where one is well nigh apt to get stoned (perhaps even to death), maybe one better come out in the dead of night, run like hell, and come into the light of day in more neutral, if not more supportive, territory!

At any rate, thanks for the encouragement to come out, finally. If only my public identity were more easily authentic and fearless.
