The necessity is for making conscious choices in the use and distribution of your energy. It may seem at times that life is too demanding to allow you any room to be yourself. But for existence to be otherwise, you need to make choices, and generally — as you’ve seen — small ones count as much as the big ones, and usually add up to a lot more. The same works with necessities. Fill the small ones and the big ones won’t seem so daunting.
