‘A sense of coming home’

Editor’s Note: We’ve been asking our clients for feedback about the professional services we publish, and your responses have created the opportunity for an exciting dialog.

Hi Eric —
I found you on Jonathon Cainer’s site years ago, I don’t remember how long ago, whenever you were first a guest I suspect. I felt immediately a sense of coming home with you and your team.

Your writing and your caring attention, kindness and presence which is so strong in each of your thoughts and words brings me to another place where I feel a sense of “I am alright just the way I am.” I have a few friends who allow me that; I think to find it online is awesome… thank you!

For me, I feel as if I am a member of your family, growing up and learning along side you all. No matter what the time of day it is, if I need a little boost or a word of wisdom I can always find it in your pages, whether it’s the Friday editions or the daily astrology, and for that you have my heartfelt thanks and gratitude. That’s of course in addition to the amazingly accurate horoscopes and all the other wonderful writing you do.

So there! That’s what I think 🙂

lovelovelove,
Lucinda from Burlington

  1. As I’ve been reading all of these little feedback pieces, I’ve been thinking about what I’d say if I wrote mine. This one took the words right out of my mouth (or off my keyboard.)

Like so many others, I got here via Jonathan Cainer’s site. Sometime in the autumn of 2004, a long-time friend of mine who knew I was into astrology gave me the link to Cainer. It “coincidentally” happened to be right when Eric was sitting in for Jonathan. I read what Eric wrote there, saw the link to PlanetWaves, followed it, and the rest is history. As Lucinda says, it was like coming home.

That was right after the infamous 2004 election that was so dis-spiriting to so many of us in the US. Many of us, including me, were reaching out to find like-minded folks and a place where we could feel safe and nourished (I want to say “sustained”) as we worked (or felt?) our way through. Although the physical form of the PlanetWaves site was different from what it is today, something resonated for me at PW at deep levels, and on many levels – intellectually, emotionally, energetically, instinctively.

Through natural disasters, deaths, political and economic disarray, and the constant change that we’re living with now – the world can seem to be falling off its rocker, and I check in here at PW and always feel fed, always receive something that helps me get centered and grounded and able to “keep on keeping on”.

    Yep, this is home.
