More notes on Chiron-Neptune

Good Morning!

The Moon is void of course in Sagittarius right now. If you’re on the East Coast are having a moment of trying to get yourself motivated and cannot understand why you can’t, this is one potential astrological cue. The Moon will be/will have ingressed Capricorn by about 9 am ET and we’re in a new phase; of the Moon conjunct Pluto all morning, then trine Ceres; and then making square to Venus much later in the day. This is some potentially agitated/needy type of energy and if that is how you feel I would propose that is just fine.

The real story continues to be told by the developing conjunction of Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune in Aquarius. They are concentrated together in a little over one degree of space. The focal point is currently a near miss (close but not quite conjunction) between Chiron and Neptune on May 31; the exact conjunction, occuring one time only, is in February.

Then there is one more near miss next year and then it does not repeat until the mid-2090s. Here is an excerpt that sums it up pretty well. This little database came through during a phone call with my friend Amanda a few weeks ago, so her energy imprint is in the mix.

I’m not going to use block quotes because it turns the type gray and makes it more difficult to read. So the quote from Planet Waves Astrology News about three weeks ago begins here:

Aquarius is involved directly. Therefore, the line we who are called upon to help will have to cross is some measure of going public. This does not mean being on Oprah. It does mean being known for who you are and what you do without fear, trepidation or egotism, and working with people who may not be directly familiar to you. That takes a special kind of trust. With Aquarius there is always public contact, and when we are in integrity that means a measure of public accountability.

This is frightening to a lot of people because we tend to confuse our conditioned, convoluted sense of being sinners with actually being wrong. We were all taught to divide our psyches against ourselves, and those inconsistencies can feel terrifying if suddenly the spotlight touches our individual existence, our ideas, our work, and so forth. There is a lot to learn in being exposed, and one of the things you can learn is developing consistency.
