By now, most of us know — at least in outline form, or in our gut — what happened this week. America’s Empire of Debt imploded on itself. The cosmos of zero savings, zero down and maxed out 18% APR credit, was revealed to be the vacuum that it is. Monday morning, hours after the Pisces Full Moon conjunct Uranus lit up the New York City dawn, we were greeted by “surprise” news of the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers and the sellout of Merrill Lynch to Bank of America.
