In today’s first edition edition of Planet Waves FM after completing your 2014 readings, Eric’s theme is “the weather” versus “the climate” in astrology. He looks at the Aquarius New Moon and Venus direct, as well as the series of Mars-Eris oppositions.

After a musical break from the amazing electronica ensemble HOME BODY, Eric talks about the importance of community journalism and explains the concept of doing astrology with news coverage.
Why is it so important that we focus on the local aspects of the news, know our local political leaders and most of all, take part in local publishing? Eric — who has done local and student journalism through most of his career — no matter where else he’s writing — gets all hot and fiery about this topic.
We’ve also launched a new program — Dan and Eric’s Music Appreciation Hour. The idea is a program about listening to music, music theory and everything else.
Here is now to listen to more of Home Body on Bandcamp.
Excellent sound Eric and yes the choice of music depends on the musical ear of each
This is another kind of music that I discovered with crystal bowls
The extract is looped to celebrate the conjunction mercury Neptune in PISCES I’m sure you’ll love

to develop the chakras 🙂
Just wanted to mention that I really enjoyed this band!
Really fine PW fm tonight Eric. A lot of good action in the sky, and by chance, I am making good use of the energy in my work schedule. It’s time for introspection and healing, and then taking it to the streets!
While you were talking about how few remain among us who were born with Eris in Pisces, we lost one. Pete Seeger died yesterday. His Eris was at 28,54 Pisces. The most significant aspects are trine Vesta in Cancer, and square the moon in either the last of Gemini or first of Cancer, depending on time of birth.
My feeling is that an old Pisces Eris has some wisdom and perspective on her, and Vesta is grounded and powerful enough to be unfazed by the golden apple, and Grandma Moon will stare her down.
A interview I heard this evening reminded me about his conviction of contempt of Congress when he was called to testify before HUAC. Pete Seeger defended himself not by the 5th amendment, but by the first amendment: This committee has no right to ask ANY American questions like these. This is echoed in your segment on local journalism and your powerful point that we have a responsibility to exercise our free speech. Good work, great tribute to your neighbor downriver.
