The Koch Brothers Seditious Shutdown Conspiracy Should Get Them 20 Years in Prison

“The Koch brothers’ letter claimed they had no part or took no position “on the legislative tactic of tying the continuing resolution to defunding ObamaCare nor have we lobbied on legislative provisions defunding ObamaCare,” but like their Republican lackeys; they are filthy liars. The Koch-funded FreedomWorks issued a letter in February that said, “Conservatives should not approve a CR unless it defunds Obamacare. This includes Obamacare’s unworkable exchanges, unsustainable Medicaid expansion, and attack on life and religious liberty.”
If paying a surrogate to demand Republicans and teabaggers tie defunding the Affordable Care Act to keeping the government operating is not taking a position on the government shutdown and the continuing resolution, then the Sun rises in the West and the Earth orbits the moon.
Obviously the bad publicity frightens the Koch brothers and doubtless they are legitimately concerned they will lose influence with their right wing conservative base who are taking a beating in the public sphere for their fervent support of the government shutdown. Likely, the Koch’s are not happy their reputation could be further sullied for backing the extremist wing of the Republican Party led by Michele Bachmann, Ted Cruz, and Steve King who championed the government shutdown strategy to eliminate the health law. It is also likely they did not miss Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s accusations they were behind the shutdown, or the articles, petitions and calls for the Justice Department to investigate them for sedition that never had a snowball’s chance in Hell of touching the Kochs.
However, there is a statute in the U.S. Code that does apply to the Koch brothers and every other conservative that spent the past three years attempting to prohibit implementation of the Affordable Care Act and it is a legitimate and actionable offense the DOJ can prosecute with extreme prejudice. In 18 USC § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy, it plainly says; “If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspires to oppose by force the authority of, or prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.” For the Americans affected by the government shut down, and those who live in Republican states that rejected free Medicaid expansion written in the Affordable Care Act, it is highly likely they would support fining and imprisoning the Koch brothers for twenty years.
The U.S. Code says “if two or more persons” are involved in a conspiracy to oppose the authority of, prevent, hinder, or delay any law they shall be punished and that means that every single Republican, teabagger, conservative media, and libertarian belief tank is in line to be prosecuted for seditious conspiracy by the Department of Justice. Every Republican in the House that voted to tie defunding the Affordable Care Act is part of the conspiracy, and that also applies to Republicans who voted in lockstep to prevent the law’s implementation by tying defunding the law to passing a continuing resolution to open the government.

You know Fe, when that Ohio clock in the Senate bldg. stopped because there were no employees around to wind it, it was begging to be seen symbolically. Using the time shown on the face of the clock, and the date it stopped, and the location where it resides, (10/9/13, 12:14 PM (?) Washington, D.C.) gave us a chart with Moon – rising in the East and not the West – conjunct the ascendant. Right away you know the most obvious (and important) part of this chart’s message is about the People of the U.S.A. The Moon and the Ascendant in this chart are in Sagittarius. One of the first things a student of astrology learns about Sagittarius (and Sagittarians) is the importance of freedom. This Moon at 16+ Sagittarius is sextile the Sun at 16+ Libra in the 10th house of government.
Another thing an astrology student will learn early in the game is that in reading aspects, the tighter the orb, the greater the influence. Students also learn that, on average, aspects are allowed about 5 degrees of orb, but that the Sun and Moon are allowed greater orbs. . . sometimes as much as 15 degrees. This chart has Mars at 26+ Leo in the 8th house and that puts him in orb of a sextile to the Sun and a trine to the Moon. Mars’ influence is rather weak on the Sun and Moon because of his wide orb of 10 degrees, however, in the sign of Leo he puts on a good show. In the 8th house his “stage” is other people’s money; shared resources and the power of life and death. It would appear from this chart that a show (Leo) of force (Mars) of the power of other people’s financial resources (8th house) does have influence (sextile) on government (Sun in 10th house) and even more so (trine) on the People (ascendant). However it is weakened because it is too far out (10 degree orb) ideologically from the government and its people.
This (negative) influential power Mars has on the Sun and Moon symbolically would like to decrease the freedom (Sagittarius) of the People (Moon) and subvert the government (Sun in 10th house), and I believe the Koch brothers fit this description. As further proof, this Ohio clock Mars at 26+ Leo is opposed the U.S. Sibly chart’s Moon at 27+ Aquarius. Today (Thursday) we see that orbs matter and that the tight orb between Sun and Moon (0 degree) in the Ohio clock chart has prevailed over the negative influence of Mars (10 degree orb).
So sayeth the Ohio clock. For now. The chart for when the clock stopped has much more to say, for example, in it’s tight orb square between Venus and Neptune, it’s tight orb sextile between Pluto and Chiron, and its tight orb quincunx between Saturn and Uranus. For now though, on the subject of Koch, the clock has spoken.

Lest we forget: the DEA uses RICO laws (racketeering laws originally designed to be used against the mafia) against pot dealers, the DEA will seize the assets of someone accused of selling ganja. I’d like to see the justice department use the RICO laws to seize the assets of the Koch brothers while they sit in jail and wait for their trial. Time to treat these seditious bastards like the common criminals that they are.

And in my own life right now, there are many synchronicities with very similar type personalities/ bullies. I’m keeping the faith the right thing will happen, but am coming to terms with the fact that sometimes a knock down drag out public fight is the only way to take my own power back. And I believe power should be equal.
What is dangerous is that these people who are leading the charge on the ground don’t necessarily have to be smart. Just loud and entertaining and media-genic. Just look at Ted Cruz. Sarah Palin. This is mob rule carried out by empires for centuries.
