But as you let go into the sensation of your own desire a little at a time you will get the idea; you will slip into a resonance between consciousness and body knowledge that will feel like slipping into what I can only describe as an honest awareness of your reality: taking a hot bath in your own personal truth. Most of the time we “know” but we “hold back.” This holding back is a really interesting phenomenon but letting go is more than interesting: it is beautiful.
