Virginia Judge Rules on Military Absentee Ballots

Dear Friend and Reader,

If the win in Virginia comes down to a few thousand votes, we may not have a decision until after Nov. 10. Fox News reports McCain and Palin have sued to have absentee ballots from military personnel serving overseas: they did not receive their absentee ballots with enough time to be counted in the Virginia before election day.

The Commonwealth of Virginia will hold a hearing over these absentee ballots on Nov. 10. Until then, there is a request that the ballots are “preserved.”В

Yours & truly,

Rachel Asher
