Help for others: XP and IE and Flash – all curr versions DO NOT WRK with BTR. I spent last week updating, etc. Finally, got the live help desk at BTR to tell me which combos do work without a problem, and they said: SAFARI with Windows or Mac. I installed Safari, updated Flash for Safari and then viola! So, save yourselves troubling frustration and just go install Safari for Windows! Break a leg!!!
