Here is the Libra Full Moon chart, set for Kingston (which will be approximately the same for Washington, DC). In a public chart that is not associated with a news event, generally I will ignore the houses; if I mention them here, it’s just for reference, so you can find the planets. Notice that the Sun is conjunct Eris (almost on the very top of the chart; this is in Aries). The Moon is below, in Libra. Also notice the rapidly-forming triple conjunction of Jupiter, Chirion and Neptune. Those are up in Aquarius in the 9th house. The light blue planet at the beginning of the stellium is Nessus.
