  1. Hello Eric,
I saw your announcement before going out, and was lucky enough to get back in time to listen to it, even with the 3-hour time difference.

It is very nice to hear you speak, and the explanations you gave seem to “go home”, resonate internally, much easier than just the (avid) reading of your articles.
Glad to hear that there will be more opportunities to listen!

Also take the opportunity, now that I dug up/found my user name and got a new password to write here, to thank you and all the contributers of Planet Waves… you’ve made difference in my life!
    THANK YOUUUUU!!!

    Blessings for all

  2. I completely understand not wanting to take on video; I’ve only been here for a short time but am generally in awe of all that you manage to do! I’ll be looking for your blogtalk announcement (just went to check when the Pisces new moon is, and noticed that the full moon, Virgo/Pisces, coincides with my birthday this year!)

  3. Eric~We certainly do not want airy-fairy language! Just listening to the archive now; so cool to add another layer of communication (aural). Have you considered a video podcast 😀

Seriously, very interesting to listen to you communicate your ideas instead of “just” reading. Lately it seems to take time from thought inception to physical manifestation (I would pop in here at planetwaves on and off for a year or so, thinking I should sign up, but it wasn’t until recently that I actually got up from the laptop and went to get my credit card)…but sometime in the near future I will contact you for a consultation.

    Good vibes all around here!

  4. I would love to get together with people and just so everyone knows, I never miss a chance to meet readers when I can reasonably do it – and I am open to making new friends. The thing about a conference or group meeting-up is that it has to be easy for me, because doing the work of Planet Waves requires so much focus; I usually have several writing deadlines a day, so to even clear one day is a challenge. Therefore, in the Hudson Valley of New York would be best, and not requiring my team to work too hard to create the structure. I am happier with informal and I would make myself available.

To anyone trying to contact me personally, use your intuition and be persistent. If I don’t reply, assume that I’m what journalists call “on deadlne” – and since I work off of the top of my inbox, it’s a good idea to write again a few days later if you don’t hear from me. I do appreciate it when people send a photo that clearly shows your eyes, as you have seen and know plenty of me :-)) remember that….

  5. That’s great news! I just got in, saw the post, saw the time and thought, sod it, missed it.

Er, while you’re about Eric – something you said a while back about moving a stage on from virtual worlds and meeting in person – any liklihood of some kind of physical getting together of PWavers in the world? I, for one, would travel…

  6. Yes it will be archived – and I will post the link shortly. I’ve also signed up for a program on Blog Talk Radio – this would be Planet Waves – and I plan to do the show weekly. Watch for future announcements.

  7. haha – and they voted for Obama for Illinois senator, about 66% to 33%. I called the Peoria Board of Elections to find out. That’s how I knew if he lost the presidential election, it was a scam. He was electable. He plays in Peoria. As they say in Hollywood.
