Today’s Oracle takes us to the Scorpio weekly for Dec. 26, 2003

Life is a matter of speculation. There are no guarantees. This state of nature keeps some hiding under the bed, while others bravely endure a necessary fact of life. You may be figuring out, however, that since nothing is written in stone, anything is possible. You’re about to embark on one of the most creative, imaginative and liberated phases of your life. Your personality may shift dramatically as you throw caution to the wind, particularly where your famous emotional restraint is concerned. Words of the poet Allen Ginsberg come to mind: I have become another child / I wake to see the world go wild.
Note, The Oracle is a random selection from the Eric Francis horoscope archives. Each day we publish one entry from among the 10,000 in our database. It’s a little slice of horoscope history — but chosen by our Oracle program, which always speaks to the present moment. New horoscopes are published each Friday plus twice a month in Planet Waves subscriber edition and Planet Waves Light.
I am alive as I ever was. There is no wolf pack anymore to bother the innocent and Semper Fi is reserved for the real hero.I cannot wait to embrace my destiny.
I was out hiking yesterday & came across a (very lost!) tiny green snake in the middle of the muddy, half-snowy trail. The little thing was so sluggish it could barely move, but it held its ground there — semi-coiled, opening its tiny mouth wide & baring its itty-bitty fangs at each of the four of us as we passed. Usually, snakes give me the willies, but as the intensity of this Scorpio moment continues to turn up the heat on bringing all the work of the past few years home for me, I thought instead of the goddess Shakti, & thanked her for walking me through this profound series of deaths and into rebirth.
It’s just that all that change looks so dark when it’s packed together 😉
I’m with you, Liz: I wake to see the world go wild. Thank you, Eric.
Wonderful! Thank you, dear Eric.
let’s see how much I can remember
I speak of love that comes to mind
The moon is faithful, although blind
She moves in thought she cannot speak
Perfect care has made her bleak
I never dreamed the sea so deep
The Earth so dark
So long my sleep.
I have become another child.
I wake to see the world go wild.
“I have become another child / I wake to see the world go wild.” This is so wonderful. Think I’ll make it my mantra for these times. Thank you. xx
