Long time, no visit, as thanks to lotsa time working on health, I’ve returned to my work.
Except. Despite hypothalamus glandular and manganese (which I religiously take every night, and for which I’m Eternally Grateful, as I’m now finally sleeping, again), working all day til 5 on the Mac is messing with sleep quality. I’m waking every 45 minutes or so, return to sleep, have another dream, then wake up.
So, the quandry is – most of my work is on the computer, but I need to abbreviate the hours I can actually work, or risk descending into crappy sleep again. Health First.

I think it’s outstanding that this should be today’s Oracle, today on a Sun/Chiron conjunction.
I am grateful I have no body ailments. What is coming up for healing seems to be issues surrounding my self esteem. I don’t have to prove myself or convince anyone of anything. Either I am given the benefit of the doubt and a chance at the table for mutual experience to evolve, or I’m not. I accept and move on, with no persistence, and what’s more: to a better and healthier experience of allowing – not proving.
