This week’s issue comes with a special edition of Planet Waves FM that all readers are invited to listen to.
If you’d also like to read the full issue, which includes the horoscopes for all 12 signs for this weekend’s busy astrology (plus astro-news briefs), you can purchase it individually here. You can also sign up for our one-month free trial subscription here, and receive our premium content via email twice every week.
Such a beautiful piece, Eric. I love the Chris Hedges quote. Now for the music.
Thank you, Eric. You serve Dharma so beautifully. Maybe i’m a geek (an ancient one at that), but when i read how you rectified Woody’s natal chart and looked at it, i could not help but cry. It is as though you brought him back to be with us now.
But the fine work does not stop at this week’s feature, the tribute to Woody Guthrie. The whole subscriber’s edition is an amazing piece of work. The primer on the Mercury retrograde, the update on Fukushima, the introduction (for me, at least) to Jill Stein, the astrology behind the disturbing events at Penn State, the latest corruption of a vaccine, and not least the artful, touching, truthful horoscopes. Many thanks to you and all who contributed to this extraordinary edition.
For subscribers in the UK, BBC4 is re-showing “Woody Guthrie”, an Arena arts programme from 1988. Programme times (BST) are: Friday 13th, 23.30; Saturday 14th, 03.10; Monday 16th, 01.30; it’s also available on iPlayer. Don’t miss.
I can’t tell you how much I’m enjoying the subscription and all of the amazing astrology. Eric always seems to hit the nail right on the head for me; makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up sometimes! Just mind blowing, and so helpful.

interestingly, a contemporary of guthrie’s who was a media activist (he pioneered community access cable tv — insert your jokes here…) just died. he was four years younger than guthrie, but it sounds like they were cut from similar cloth. this is from Democracy Now! today:

Excited for this! Will definitely check it out. And now, for your listening pleasure, one of my favourite bands covering one of my favourite songwriters: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQwlAjiSzQc 😀
Our Woody’s on the radio right now. This great music programme has dedicated a whole 45 mins to him.
Yeah! Wonderful! xx
The music is incredible…topped off by the last piece to come in, Woody’s “Jesus Christ” and the U2 cover of that song.
Great! Can’t wait! Will keep me company over a working weekend.
