Moon entersВ Pisces 5:43 am EDT.

Mercury opposite Vesta and Asbolus. This aspect is about craftsmanship and creativity and, also, building up your creative fire and teasing your own threshholds. Because of the aspect with Asbolus, this is an experiment in the strength to withstand danger or opposition. Digging through the shadow material that Asbolus can intimate may be the way to add fuel to the creative fire (Vesta).
Half of the job of the artist is to prepare for the work, and for many, all of the material they need is stored up in their memories of survival. Honor that today by taking feelings of incompleteness or pain and making art to express it. With Mercury aspecting these bodies, it promises to be much easier than you expect, and very, very timely.
How funny that as I read this, the moon is exactly conjunct my Chiron.
Thank you.
I was feeling this energy so strongly last night that I had to numb myself with a scalding bath. Part of the preparation – that hiding out in the bunker of pain. Re-member-ing. To temper, to channel, to sublimate – what will she choose? Will responsibility rule the day?
I am praying, praying, you’re right about that Mercury.
so uncle eric, before i follow your advice and go off to do some painting today, just wanted to comment on “9 songs” – the movie that you’ve talked about and i’ve search for desperately these last few days…
anyway…i just thought about the whole thing if it were reverse – if the experiences were told from a woman’s perspective…he hits her occasionally, uses her private space without even sharing his friends, flat or thoughts…calls her names…says she is boring…is sexually selfish, takes more than he receives etc. etc. and then at the end pisses off to america and his face is expressioneless…i mean it made me mad…i didn’t see her liberated sexually at all, what, just because she masturbates??? just a neurotic american on prescription pills that thought it’s all about her…it had nothing to do with love and/or passion…didn’t see any passion on her face…she can’t even give good head…she holds back the whole time…my immediate thoughts were that it was made by a second wave frustrated feminist that wants revenge 🙂 have seen better movies…will stick to my french movies, full of passion and painfully honest dialogues.
by the way i am a woman, i love good movies and good acting, oh and yes good sex…i guess this movie made me mad cause it depicts society’s illusions about love… and especially people that live in the western countries…i didn’t see love and passion in that movie…just lust and individualism…geeze my first comment and it’s a negative one…love your work eric, love planet waves, “YES” we are with you…most of us from down under 🙂
