Carrie: hang in there, I myself rode out (meaning in, through, up, down, all around) a nasty patch of r. dense, gucky stuff that came upon me seemingly fr. Nowhere , that almost offset a panic attack in its intensity. phew! luckily, I remembered my Toolbox, and had the sense to sit down and focus on dealing with it right there, then.
it almost felt like it wasn’t mine in origin, but nevertheless had me feeling some really old, limited beliefs…before I knew it I was sitting with this big, old, smelly pile of disappointments, ‘failures’..etc. THEN I had a ‘aha’ that this was the PAST. creeping….stealth…so, after going and grabbing my special petrified wood friend—I concentrated actually, on really Feeling..acknowledging that these are the things that have hurt me & made me afraid…all of the beliefs & fears I have created because of these ‘failures’……then when I’m indulging these Feelings, then I have the power to fully let go and release them…let go of all this stuff, the pain, disappointment, and any anger at them and at myself…
so I can reclaim my Life…
I want to let go of all that tragedy, ya know?
I want to neutralize everything that’s getting in my way now, so I can be joyful & happy, feel free & have Peace of Mind.
anyway, that’s part of my process..busted out the EFT to heal any pain and hurt fr. the past, forgive myself & others, allow myself to let it go..
I want to have Clarity and Focus..gotta get rid of this gunk, when it comes up. man! Like I said, I really haven’t had this kind of dark crap in me for quite awhile, it really shocked me, actually.it helps when you can recognize *what* it is…for me, today it was, no doubt, THE PAST…
I will say I spent the entire day with someone who was, let’s say, was in a ‘v. dense energy cloud’. and in my home environment there is a on again-off again toxic individual…(& toxic Leos don’t scurry into a corner, they demand your attention-the attention of the Kingdom-there is an upside..you deal with it..Power of Now!) so we need to be aware of other folks and their influences…but. no matter. whatever, It came over me, and I had to deal with it.
How’s that for a Chiron story? ?

Would be interested n hearing about this new Chiron Files logo / photograph. Is the previous “torch” photo now retired?
This is a very nice addition to Planetwaves. It’s practical in the sense that it offers reasonable thinking about the healing process. Well worth the price of subscription.

Oh my. More emotions and I am already awash in mine. The healing is coming and though this is at times uncomfortable, I know it is necessary. My astrology teacher; Beth Underwood, once described Chiron as ” the shot that heals an infection; it hurts at first but heals in the end.” I can definitely feel all this watery stuff going on and I look forward to the healing.
