Astrology Today: The Oracle for Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011

Today’s Oracle takes us to the Pisces weekly of Sept. 24, 2004

The Oracle.

We all live in the world of maya: of the ‘real illusion’ that we must call life whether it’s true or not. As your first ruling planet, Jupiter (no offense to Neptune, who seems to be having quite a party in Aquarius these days — but he came second) makes its way into Libra this weekend, you’re going to notice that your life changes — radically, really, truly, deeply, and in relationship to everyone and everything around you. Don’t worry about what you’re being asked to give up. What comes to you will more than compensate, and besides, life is but a dream. Breathe each breath and dream on.

(The Daily Oracle is a random selection from one of 10,000 Eric Francis horoscopes. New horoscopes by Eric are published weekly plus twice a month in Planet Waves Astrology News and Planet Waves Light. The Oracle itself is a divination tool available to subscribers to either of these services.)

  1. … which is suitably echoed by Bill Hicks in the clip just below.

Was this Oracle chosen deliberately? If not, there are a few synchronicities on this current front page. 🙂

  2. ahhh — had to hit the online dictionary for this one, given how omnipresent the idea of the Mayans is with 2012 fast-approaching:

    ma·ya

    –noun Hinduism .
    1.
the power, as of a god, to produce illusions.
    2.
    the production of an illusion.
    3.
(in Vedantic philosophy) the illusion of the reality of sensory experience and of the experienced qualities and attributes of oneself.

    got it now.
