I knew you’d get a picture of rainwater long before I did! I’m the person who is cleaning out her rain cistern one bucket at a time in Santa Fe. On the news it said that Albuquerque is supposed to have 75% of the water for their city coming from rainwater and aboveground sources, like the Rio Grande, I think, instead of wells, supposed to be in force sometime next year. They want to recharge the aquifer, I think is what they said.
