There is a defining opposition in the chart for BP between Pluto in Sagittarius and Jupiter in Gemini which the U.S. natal Sedna in Pisces squares. Transiting Mars will complete this mutable cross the first 6 days in July. The BP opposition between Pluto and Jupiter is also conveniently aspected by the U.S. Saturn in Libra (a trine to Jupiter and a sextile to Pluto), making me think that a settlement or agreement with the U.S government (Saturn) can be negotiated by BP to get them past this disagreeable impasse.
Astrologer starlight makes the observation that BP’s natal Chiron-Mars conjunction in Sagittarius was opposed by transiting retro Saturn at the time of the explosion in April and will be again on June 27. This suggests a possible agreement (balance) can be found through negotiation.
