Midyear edition finished

Hookay…it’s written. I’ve selected 11 unpublished photos and one very nice photo published a long time ago that everyone has probably forgotten, of Paris in the snow (these are for the 12 signs). The intro takes apart Saturn in Libra, gives some new spins on Pluto in Capricorn, talks about how the two meet in Novemner; and for the most part looks at this very curious total solar eclipse that is approaching. Our proofreader has gone through the whole thing and it’s all currently sitting in the Ukraine, where I belive Anatoly has finally gone to bed at about 6:30 am. I will leave the pre-publication price through the July 4 weekend and raise the price on Monday. If you’re a subscriber expect it in your inbox mid-day the 4th; we still have to go through a light production process; but we’re basically almost done. It’s been a LONG day. Good night and happy Bastille Day!

  1. You know, Patty, it could be that my Bobo is showing. Big time. I don’t think it has been released yet. I got something else.

Ignore or recontextualize foregoing remarks accordingly.

  2. If the report was sent out as Mystes is suggesting, I didn’t receive a copy. This happens every time.

  3. Eric… Vis your remarks about the July 21 eclipse: “It is as void of course as an event gets; it’s like an eclipse that connects to nothing besides itself” … it feels to me as though this ‘clean’ solar eclipse does a couple of things. It may ratify the energy of the Solstice and previous Cancerian New moon — which seemed to me to be expressed by the Mars/Venus conjunction in Taurus trining Saturn in Virgo (deep love opened into an active architecture), and it may well intensify in a kind of neutral way the preceding and following lunar eclipses.

The first Lunar eclipse has the Merc/Vesta conjunction as you have pointed out –speaking your service– *and* Mars will sextile Uranus on that day. Since this eclipse is happening in my 8th house (I was born with Mars/Uranus in my 8th house) it should be an interesting time for me personally. But that Mars/Uranus sextile is tugging on my attention for bigger-than-personal attention, and I think it is part of what will be set up during the first lunar eclipse, empowered during the solar, and brought to fruition during the second Lunar.

Now what could they be saying to one another? With Mars still in Taurus and Uranus in Pisces, and the most cooperative possible aspect between them? deep, steady, burning energy flowing into moments of breakthrough creativity? That might be one. Breakthrough creativity that redefines spirituality? maybe another.

The second Lunar eclipse is in Sol/Leo, Luna/Aquarius, and the only aspect that jumps out at me is Luna sextile Uranus on the 4th moving to a semisquare over the following 12 hours – and during the eclipse itself. I’d like this better if it were the other way, a semisquare evolving to a sextile, but these are strange times, and we can work with a little dissonance.
But it seems to pick up the energy instigated by that Mars/Uranus sextile, pulling it through a Lunar window and cooling it down a little. Well, maybe… except for the fact that it is occurring within the embrace of our very active Aquarius, so it may hit the threshing floor of the Big Three again.

I don’t have time tonight to go look up the aspects, but my intuition keeps nudging me, saying :: these eclipses are going to find their first obvious expression during those Nov 2, Nov. 17th transits noted by Be and Jere. Someone else can maybe put this together with that and further the skry.

    Off. Bed. Way now.

  4. It’s been difficult pulling together production on the holiday. We are scheduled to roll at 10 am ET on Sunday. Email me and I can send you the link.

  5. I subscribed to the mid-year horoscopes and still have not received them on the evening of the 4th. Has there been an unexpected additional hold-up?
