Now it’s the time of the month when you have to explain why you were late to work without mentioning the Full Moon. That’s exact Thursday morning in the US zones (not in a day or two as I suggested yesterday). Before we get there, the Moon as to pass through the standing opposition of Saturn and Uranus (2008-2010). When the Moon gets into a mutable sign such as Virgo, it’s going to pick up this aspect by square, conjunction and/or opposition, which might feel exciting and it might feel bumpier than normal.
The Moon will first make a conjunction to Saturn, then oppose Mars overnight, then oppose Uranus tomorrow, before dipping into Libra at 11:22 pm EDT on Tuesday. This aspect set talks about being mentally obsessed with one’s emotions and feels a bit victimish, particularly given the Full Moon can arrive with the feeling of losing control.
For its part, the Sun — the expressive part of the psyche — makes a series of sextiles over the next few days, which would normally feel stable and easygoing. However, the Sun is charged up by approaching a conjunction to Eris, which is approximately where it will be for the Full Moon. Mixing the Sun with Eris is a reminder of our big crisis of confusion about who we are at the moment. We get this almost all the time anyway: Sun/Eris is one of those moments when it’s possible to focus the issue and see with incredible, well organized precision how utterly confused we are.
There are three sign changes on the horizon. Juno (expectations on spouse/lover; scorekeeping activities) has just dipped into Pisces, and may be particularly whiny about the dishes. Mercury is about to enter Taurus. And Venus is about to retrograde into Pisces for about a 10-day process of stationing direct in the last degree of that sign.
Basically, we’re looking at a week of constant changes, though it seems like if you stay on the expressive/assertive side of this equation rather than playing a mean game of ‘let’s not and say you did’, you will get where you’re going.
With a spectacular aspect today between the Mercury and Neptune — they are sextile all day, with Mercury moving at close to top speed through late Aries — you won’t need your GPS. At the moment, despite all the movement and chaos, the world is transparent to those who wipe off the glass and look. And you can be pretty sure that somewhere around here there is a door.
Hi Patty – Glad I at least knew who you were!! I bet Saturn would LOVE being known as a pain in the ass. . .just doin’ his job, huh? That Full Moon tomorrow will be sitting on your ascendant and trining Jupiter, so no wonder you felt like shopping!
Hello, aka Gardener here,
I have Pisces in the 5th house, libra rising at 22 degrees. Saturn in Virgo at 29 degrees. Venus, Mars, Mercury in Aries. Saturn is a pain in the ass.
Patty – My mistake! Musta been thinking of victoria. . .well, all that helpfulness had to be either Pisces or Virgo! Sun in the 6th house maybe? (this IS the former gardener, patty right?) Anyway, let us know of any good bargains you find in this shopping spree, and thanks again!
oh-oh, I am a Pisces with Libra Rising and my 2nd house scorpio is on the lookout for bargains. I just hate throwing away money, but I’d give the shirt off my back to any who have a great need. Come to think of it my Juno is in the 2nd house too.
This Libra full moon is telling me to go shopping – and in my convoluted Pisces way I ended up suggesting thefreebieblogger. That is how Pisces operates, hardy har har!
Many thanks Patty, any cleaning tips from a Virgo are trusted and appreciated!
Bkoehler, Under tools on the IE, go to delete browsing history and it should pull up a drop down menu of various actions to take, including deleting the cookies.
With my virus scanner there is an option to do that. Or, on Internet Explorer open Tools, and click on ‘delete cookies’. The problem is that you will have to re-log on to some of your frequently visited websites. it doesn’t impact all of them, but it will some – like planetwaves and facebook. On IE, there is a separate link to delete all stored passwords. i don’t know where you look on other computer systems.
It helps to clean off the browser history too periodically, to help speed up the computer, and it helps to delete all unneeded files from email if you use outlook or outlook express. Also go to system tools to clean up the disk and run a defragmenter.
Websites that they are operated from a MacIntosh computer (I think PW is), are less apt to pick up tracking cookies and viruses.
Thanks for the headsup Patty. How do you clean your cookies though?
Have to pass on some good for you and me freebies for today.
