You need, I think, to feel your mental blocks and get a true sense of what your anxieties are about. Let’s put it this way. If you want the true benefit of overcoming a fear, confront the fear directly. Don’t wait for some confirmation that it’s not real and then try to confront it; you would just be kidding yourself.
