Seth Davis is a vegetarian chef with an excellent café in New Paltz called Karma Road. He’s also a most amazing musician. His CD Prettier Than Blue is one of my favorites of all time. Somehow it ended up on a playlist with Radiohead’s Amnesiac, and one night I listened through both albums. It’s hard for any musician to stand up to Amnesiac, but without making a direct comparison, Prettier than Blue came across with equal emotion, talent and beauty. The tempeh is great too.
