We’re in for a fast paced couple of days. Late Tuesday night the Moon ingressed Gemini, which is a sign on the mutable cross. The four signs on that cross are Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces. There happen to be a lot of planets collected on that particular cross — comprising many of the stories you’ve been reading here over the past number of months and even more recently.

These include the lunar nodes across Gemini and Sagittarius, Mars retrograde in Virgo and the Pallas-Chiron-Neptune grouping that’s in early Pisces. As the Moon moves across Gemini it’s going to make aspects to all of those points within a fairly short period of time. As you can see from the chart, there are lots of planets arranged in what looks like a square (called a grand square or grand cross, indicated in red), and the Moon is on that cross.
At the moment the Moon is coming out of its square with Neptune (still in the very first degree of Pisces and about to square Chiron and Pallas early Wednesday morning). There’s a caution here to pay attention and not take anything, such as your feelings or those of someone else, for granted. It’s a moment to forgive and, if you can, to forget rather than to hold anything against anyone.
If you can, let it go, whatever it is. If you cannot, then find a constructive way to have the conversation. You might want to wait a few days to do that, however: your words will count for more and you may be more sensitive, which will help the situation.
The Moon continues its journey with the first-quarter Moon Wednesday at 8:21 pm EST, which is a natural turning point. After that point, Mars is drawn into the story as the Moon squares retrograde Mars and the Sun begins its opposition to Mars. This in particular is the reason to chill out a bit and avoid conflict for a few days — the Moon and Sun aspecting Mars like that can make anyone prone to anger, especially with the Sun in emotional Pisces and the Moon in Gemini, which is prone to words — and perhaps words spoken too easily.
