    Watching this toad for a full 10 minutes, realizing he/she was cooperating with the somewhat cumbersome process of being photographed that closely, over and over till I got the right shot, I had this idea – with no thought of fairytales – to pick the critter up and plant a kiss on its head. And I thought, now that’s funny. I’m not the first one who thought of this.

    i am so in love with this toad! from the moment we saw him hopping in the woods i was smitten. i just think he looks so wise. and he let me pet him!

    well, i dont know, I “stretched” him and he got a bit fuzzy, so i “centered” him with a large frame … so yeah, maybe?
