How beautiful! What a happy tree, such a pretty light. Thanks for posting, Amanda. It’s been snowing all day where I am and, much as I love the snow, it’s been a mighty gloomy day. Not any more 🙂
well, this photo was taken the morning of christmas eve, while working on the friday issue. but it was still quite green and holding its needles well last night until i had to carry it out. in my defense, i don’t put my tree up until a week before christmas — in part because i like having it to light up the dark nights of january.
🙂
Beautiful and evocative photo. thanks for it.
It’s still so green! One year we kept ours up until Easter, I think it fell over all by itself and we decided it was time, but ours stayed green a long time that year too, so we figured what the heck, leave it. Until it decided it was over.
