The ‘cancel-clear’ mantra

a few posts ago I used a mantra: cancel, clear, cancel, clear, cancel clear. this is a tool to clear the psychic fields of negativity, such as a specific idea that needs to be deleted. It can be used when someone says something incredibly stupid to or about you, if you need to stop a lie, or if you say or do something you want to erase. It was passed on by indrasena, someone who I initially met as my colon therapist.

    this reminds me of “return from whence you came.” self-protective, but it takes it a step further, in that it can protect you from yourself. thank you. i can make use of this lots and lots.
