…home of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, the University of Cambridge…oops…Cambridge College, and the National Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR) Conference, of which I am a member of the distinguished faculty.
I will be writing your daily astrology from inside the Rick Tarnas workshop on the comic genius, which starts in about two hours.
Until then — stay calm.
The Moon is in Cancer, and you may be subject to wild mood swings that can only be remedied by Saturn in Libra. However, this will be challenging because of Pluto in Capricorn. However, Chiron is still conjunct Neptune, so open your third eye and watch where your evolutionary process is going.

PS, no wait — on second thought — I have a few minutes. Yes, the Moon is in Cancer heading for full phase, and much else is in Pisces. So this is a great time to put your mind to work emoting, dreaming, hallucinating and feeling like you’re the only one who understands you.
Chiron is in Aquarius, still conjunct Neptune. There is a lot of bullshit here about integrity. Some people are finding out how much they have. Some are finding out how little they have. Some are figuring out what the stuff is.
There is, somewhere in the polarized astral chaos, the dim notion that amidst the techno-dream, the world has become an isolated place — and a somewhat dangerous one. Has anyone heard the story of the Lower Merion School District? Talk about Chiron conjunct Neptune:
Lower Merion School District sued for cyber spying on students
Lower Merion School District officials brag that they give every one of their 1,800 high-schoolers laptop computers to “ensure that all students have 24/7 access to school-based resources.”
Instead, they ensured they got a 24/7 sneak peek into students’ private lives by secretly monitoring webcams embedded in the laptops to spy on teens and their families at home, according to a federal, class-action lawsuit filed this week in Philadelphia.
The suit alleges the remotely controlled covert cameras violate everything from the Fourth Amendment to wiretapping, electronic communications and computer fraud laws.
It was filed Tuesday on behalf of Harriton High student Blake J. Robbins and all Lower Merion students by Robbins’ parents Michael and Holly Robbins of Penn Valley.
Named as defendants are the school district, the district’s nine-member Board of Directors and Superintendent Christopher W. McGinley.
The Robbins seek unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, as well as an end to the “spying,” according to the 17-page complaint.
The family first learned of the embedded webcams on Nov. 11, when Harriton High’s Assistant Principal Lindy Matsko reprimanded Blake Robbins for “improper behavior in his home,” according to the lawsuit. Matsko cited as evidence a photograph from the webcam on the boy’s school-issued laptop.
The lawsuit does not specify why the photograph was objectionable.
Because the webcam can capture anything happening in the room where the laptop is, district personnel could illicitly observe plenty more than a student’s online activity, the lawsuit alleges.
“Many of the images captured and intercepted may consist of images of minors and their parents or friends in compromising or embarrassing positions, including, but not limited to, in various stages of dress or undress,” the lawsuit charges.
The Robbins’ attorney, Mark Haltzman, couldn’t be reached this morning. McGinley and District Spokesman Doug Young did not immediately return telephone calls for comment today.

More “Big Brother” getting into someone’s personal space:
“Doctor gets court order to confine pregnant woman against her will”

and this one too: “Pregnant Iowa woman arrested for falling down [by accident]”

Spying on teens, tapping our phones and e-mails, arresting injured pregnant women, forcibly detaining pregnant women, full body scans at airports…what is next?
We already live in a police state to some degree; we just don’t want to admit it.
Denial is not just a river in Egypt.
The child porn question also applies to sexting which is when teens take pictures of themselves naked and then send them via text messaging to other teens. No one is doing the nasty but if an adult sees the image, is it child porn? Or child exploitation?
The real question is, why do our kids feel the need to do this stuff (sexting) and why do adults feel the need to spy on the kids so much? Could any of this be because parents have abdicated their parenting responsibilities when the kids are little but as the kids reach puberty the parents suddenly want to spy on them and hyper monitor them? The kids, forced to grow up too fast as little kids want adult priveledges they feel they have earned so they are “lookin’ for love in all the wrong places.” ::::shaking head:::: Between this and Big Brother in our faces I think it is just as well that we keep doing what we can to make the world a little better place for everyone..one little deed or person at a time.
The Onion weighs in

And imagine people this stupid running a school district? That no one even thought…. Hey, this might be illegal! We probably shouldn’t do this.
We wonder why our schools are bad? The schools are run by people like this.
If the administrators watched a student masturbating in front of their laptops, could they (the administrators) be charged with child pornography?
==the more important question is: could the students be charged?? –ef
This hasn’t been the future for a long time. Anyone who has a cell phone, computer is on the radar. 911 gave the government, under President Cheney, with Bush as his beard, the open road to invade our privacy and personal freedoms in the name of protecting the American way. Future? The FBI had a file on John Lennon going way back. Unless someone reads and researches one can’t begin to believe and accept the conspiracies involved in our government. Knowledge is power. In time of war, catalysts are sometimes needed to enter into war. How to explain that FDR knew the Japanese were heading straight for Pearl Harbor. It’s called collateral damage. Except it’s human beings that fall and then lives impacted for the rest of their families lives. There are deep secrets occuring on a daily basis. The audacity of a school “policing”, for that is what it is, their students. The 911 situation gave our government the go-ahead to take away our civil rights. They claim it’s necessary to find the “enemy”. But we all know far too well, that the ‘enemy’ may in fact be you or me.
Every piece of identification that we carry is in reality, our “papers”. The future?
When we start getting stopped for no apparent reason, under a cloud of mystery, and asked for ‘our papers’.
It’s asking alot to believe, but I will leave this earth plane knowing that the Bush/Cheney administration knew very well about 911. The needed catalyst
for Bush to invade Bagdad. The Republican party is traditionally for war because you make money in war. You need production and that means war contracts, and we all know about Cheney and his Haliburton operations.
As P.T. Barnum said, ‘You’ll never go broke underestimating the American people’.
Evidently one of the kids was sorting through a pile of Mike & Ike’s and they decided it was pills, as in drug dealing — seriously. And I notice that the full-body screeners are beginning to go online in airports now. According to AP, they wouldn’t have picked up the explosives in the underwear bombers shorts — but they’ll certainly piss off a lot of Muslims who go to great lengths to cover their women’s curves let alone their particulars, as well as anyone unhappy with … as the ACLU puts it … a virtual strip-search. We’ve got a kind of ‘privacy pogrom’ being established in the name of the Aquarian ‘We.’
As if I don’t feel like I’m the only one that understands me already!
This….is the future…….let Orwellian fear of the world finding out about you…. disappear….but wear sunscreen …and clean boots and panties….!!
One can simply project thought forms onto the global screen of realisation….like a deaf dumb and blind boy finally seeing his way into becoming a pinball machine…
