    pretty sure it’s cauliflower — is that any easier for you? if i recall, it doesn’t really keep its color, but it’s been many years since i bought any.

  2. When you cook the purple broccoli (?) does it stay purple, or does it oxidize and go off color? I’d love that color in food, but my stomach doesn’t like raw broccoli, it needs to be at least lightly steamed.
