I haven’t yet found a job to replace the one I lost – but something extraordinary is happening; I have a constant stream of small teaching, writing, translating jobs coming in. As soon as one job finishes, another job comes in. If I look for ‘the job’ to give me security, I suffer, while if I’m able to trust and live in the present moment I feel a sense of joy and energy. Seems to be what much of these times are about, surrendering to the way things are, living as far as possible in the present moment, while at the same time being positive and taking action.
