I also have two resources from or about the summer of 1999. You are also right in saying that Pluto in Capricorn is driving people to seek out sources of tradition, of stability. However, what people need to realize is that not all traditions are created equal. Some traditions make a lot of sense, such as herbal medicine and martial arts. Some institutions have a lasting foundation, and will ride the waves of Pluto in Capricorn. Other traditions don’t make sense, and are detrimental (the running of the bulls comes to mind, and patriarchy too). Also any institution with deep-seated problems will be exposed during Pluto in Capricorn.
It is true that I was seeking out institutions and traditions I could trust in order to build a solid foundation for myself. There are some local businesses and government agencies I trust, for instance.
Regarding the cardinal grand cross, I’ll definitely be focusing on relationships and whatever area requires deep transformation for the better. I have definitely set my intentions on using this energy to transform my life.

I have come across some interesting revelations about myself lately. I’ve discovered another dimension into my past life that clearly displays that I have a lot of potential, but that I must not sink into deep negative emotions. I have a lot more support than I think, and I must not let down my nearest and dearest. I also realize that in one of my closest friendships (holding steady for 10 years), the exchange involves receiving wisdom, relief and advice, but in return I need to manifest my potential, deliver written works, great professional achievements, political philosophy breakthroughs, academic success…
I am also working on taming my Venus square Pluto aspect in order to improve my relationships in all areas.
I am working very hard on give and take in order to have personal and professional success. I realize I need to develop certain traits and perform well consistently in order to reach the next level. I am also aware that adult life involves juggling many priorities at once, so I’d better put my Jupiter in Gemini to good use.
I realize I need to improve myself in many ways. I need to confront my nervousness, work on my health and my bad habits…I want to have my act together, be calm and confident as much as possible.
I have made progress in some areas (such as driving, I am more relaxed and alert on the road), but I need to put in more effort.
