The weirdest thing I’ve heard all day

Detail, Samhah Island, Gulf of Aden. Photo from Google Maps.

I just heard the weirdest thing I’ve heard all day. There is a kind of conspiracy theory going around — I don’t like these things, by the way, I’m with Julian on this one, please give me something with a paper trail — that the reason they are going after him is that he’s got this thing in his possession called the Gulf of Aden Vortex File. Usually I will get a bristly feeling when something is bullshit, and some other sensation when it’s got merit — and I found myself just sitting here reading the articles with my jaw hanging. Here is one of the articles; it is an entire genre in Google, coming up some 95,000 times. Look for stories of the massive flotilla that amassed there, ostensibly to stop some Somali pirates. Note, plenty of these articles are paranoid, so use discernment (don’t believe everything you read, indeed it is better to suspend belief when you’re doing work like this. Rather, amuse yourself, look for patterns and listen for your intuitive bell) and hold the light around yourself while you work. Notice that most of these articles seem to be describing some kind of magnetic vortex phenomenon. Here is the area in Google Maps. I got this image by switching to satellite and zooming in on one of the islands. I would dive in and research this, but I’m writing your annual horoscope, Light Bridge. So if you’ve got an hour or two on your hands, please — have at it, and tell me what you find in the comment area below. Have fun!

PS, what tipped my curiosity is how interesting the chart that I got was, when I asked a horary question — “what is the Gulf of Aden Vortex?”

  1. ‘Exploring a concept like this as metaphor keeps the mind loose in a way where it can move 360 x 360 ā€“ where it needs to move in order to be able to actually think creatively.’

…Loved that, Eric – right up my street šŸ™‚

  2. Yes, Brendan, thank you for finding the nugget. And for having the knowledge to see through the listing of ships/military presence in the area; no way most of us could know that level of detail.

The internet at its best is this kind of mutual exchange, IMO.

I’m very interested in the nugget about the mineral polarity reversals………

  3. Brendan I am really glad you are a contributor here. You should run for office, you seem so confident and you are a voice of reason.

  4. Hmmm, weird indeed. Most of those Google search items all refer to the same Pravda.RU article, which kinda makes for a single source reference.

Left brain action here: Djibouti is the northern end of the Rift Valley, which is known for its’ geophysical activity. That trough that is offshore of Djibouti is an extension of the split between the two tectonic plates that the Rift Valley serves as the dividing line. Think San Andreas Fault writ even larger…and you can explain the quakes.

The letter to Nature from two academics (also on the results page) was pointing out that the rock in that area shows polarity reversals that are very different from previously noted examples elsewhere on the planet. It came across as a run-of-the-mill paper. Tectonic plate edges, especially those where the plates are moving from each other and thus there is magma, have been found to have eons old magnetic polarity data showing how the earth’s field has changed over the millenia. I believe it was the Atlantic Ridge where this was first found about 50 years ago. If there is enough variation, magnetic anomalies are usually noted on nautical charts, and this area might have more than one of large size, given the sea floor makeup.

The tripe about the “armada” gathered in the area is just that, tripe. There are no capital ships included that are bigger than a cruiser (medium large warship) and not one carrier from anyone. I think the US sent no more than 5 ships, most of them smaller ships, and the other participants sent fewer than that each, most of them just one. There may be 42 ships out there, but at least 10 should be supply and fuel ships, which takes down the total of patrol vessels to just over 30. For an area the size of the Gulf of Aden, the Somali coast down to Kenya, and the open ocean to nearly Pakistan and India, that is a very small fleet to look for pirates. There are quite likely hundreds of vessels of all sizes going to and from the Red Sea to the Gulf and Indian Ocean at any given time: looking for pirate mother ships and small stealthy pirate motorboats is very difficult in all that mess. Been there, done that.

I believe we’ve had a military command in Djibouti since the French finally pulled out in Clinton’s time, well before 2000. The Marines have been there with Harriers, helicopters and something like 1500 Marines for years. There are drones flying out of there as well, and even they have a hard time looking for small things. The ocean is rather different from land, and the drones are not as effective, since they don’t have radar.

And that picture of the strange spiral in the sky that supposedly sent BO and Gates to the secret bunker? The Norwegians put it all together not long after it happened (it’s real, not Photoshop): it was a malfunctioning Russian rocket that was spinning in circles as it flew upwards. The rocket fuel was not burning correctly, so it left a glowing trail behind the rocket. The Russians were trying to launch a satellite of some kind from Plesetsk, which is in the far north of Russia east of Norway. A great location for launching spy satellites that orbit around the poles.

My right brain? I’m always up for a good conspiracy theory, especially one that combines UFO’s, strange happenings, and the like. so it will interesting to see what happens with this one.

  5. Vertex conjunct Venus in the 5th, near the 6th house cusp.

Vesta in the 6th, 45 degrees from Ceres in the 8th, Ceres square to Eris in the 11th.

IC at 17 Leo, the degree of this past summer’s Mars station.

Saturn conjunct the IC of the Thema Mundi, 15 Libra.

South Node in the 1st, at 2 Cancer, squaring the Aries Point.

    We’re feeling our karma here….

  6. The first thing that leaps out at me is that 13 Gemini-Sag on the Ascendant-Descendant – that’s the axis that was in play (Saturn-Pluto) on 9/11 and at numerous times thereafter.

  7. I’m not saying this isn’t 100% true by the way. I don’t believe it, but to quote Bowie, “don’t deceive with belief.”

Exploring a concept like this as metaphor keeps the mind loose in a way where it can move 360 x 360 – where it needs to move in order to be able to actually think creatively.

I accept that there are situations and issues on the level of whatever this stargate/wormhole/vortex is about that are extant. The whole UFO thing is just way too over the top – for example, that USG makes no admission whatsoever but a substantial number of us have had close encounters or direct encounters. So it’s easy for me to say, well, that’s possible, and easy for me to be just as content if this particular one turns out to be…shall we say…a metaphor.

One method I trust is astrology, and that’s a heck of a chart. You probably would not have seen this story here, if it weren’t for that.

  8. The way things are in the world, sometimes I think almost *anything* could be true, or bullshit or scaremongering!

It’s late and I’m tired but I keep looking at that north node – where the vortex is heading – Mars, lots of energy…for….Neptune, master of illusion….Mercury…of the mind. I think that’s all the investigating I need to do!!

  9. Tired tonight so haven’t had the brainpower to look at this – but will do sometime over the weekend.

But I do believe that there is something in those cables that is ringing real alarm bells amongst the powers that be… there is a lot of high powered attention going on.

Oh and I belive any nation in the EU is not allowed to extradite someone for which they will face a capital sentence … Maybe Assange could claim political asylum and then of course we have the Human rights Act and then the European court of Human Rights….

  10. OK. Just went on a mad trippy click-fest and I must say I am happy to carry out my evening plan to read a new book: Just Kids by Patti Smith. That’s the kind of grounding (feet in the sand not head in the sand) I need right now.

  11. Agreed, Eric. The word “vortex” is usually a red flag for nonsense. The term “worm hole” is another phrase tossed about by those who have no idea what they are talking about.

On the other hand, it’s very probable that paper trails are sometimes avoided or prevented in order to conceal criminal activity that is mundane but substantial.

In the long run the most reliable trail to follow is the money trail. It’s amazing how those who have way more then they need can be consumed by a lust for more of the same. If there is a vortex, it is avarace, not electromagnetism.

As to the Gulf of Aden, it is worth noting that large parts of it were probably above sea level a long, long time ago. The same can be said for the English Channel and the Persian Gulf other places now under salt water.

  12. yeah, those two clusters of conjunctions are something else. and depending on how you group/count them, it looks a bit like 3 conjunctions in each cluster. not that that means anything, or is even the most accurate way to consider them. just caught my eye, is all… 3 being a number with some cache.

  13. I too am very cautious of wild stories. But some threads seem to be linking up on their own. 2012 astrology has a lot to do with it. What I’ve gleaned albeit very lightly, is that this area became active in 2000 as some kind of portal or stargate that enabled beings/alien intelligence from different dimensions or parts of our universe, to come in contact with us. There are bits of info suggesting a sharing of technology between them and our governments and weird agreements being made (I’m not sure what in gods name that means!), hence their desire to control that area and the info being shared. There is also something suggesting that some of these beings are not particularly interested in our well being.

Whatever it all points to indicates the government’s desire to control info about why they’re there in that area and what they’re learning and who from.

Ps. the only reason I responded here is that you put it back on the radar for me. Previously I had dismissed it as weird info floating around living rooms owned by bored people. šŸ˜‰

    Interesting stuff maybe?

  14. The chart is 7th / 10th and the top planet is Nessus.

Perhaps let’s start by taking this as a metaphor. Yes, it does seem to involve the government (Nessus and much else in the 10th) and “the other” (all that 7th).

The theme is vortex which is gateway or threshold — it’s being described some places as a ‘stargate’. So let’s keep belief away and stay in the realm of metaphor, easy does it on the mind, let’s just float for a bit…yes there are lot of questions…I suggest you let them stand, say hello to them, and give them a place on the chess board.

  15. Okay, I am aware of several of the outfits whose articles show up in that Google assembly and ordinarily don’t read them either. My thing with this is, I have no trouble believing that, if technology to interact with and control weather does exist, our government(s) have their hands in operating it already for purposes we all probably understand at this point…….. What makes little sense to me is why the PTB would be so intent on concealing that. To the tune of, that being the main reason they are so hot after silencing Assange? (Who it looks like may actually end up in the US on espionage charges despite not even being a US citizen…… nor having broken any US laws I can figure out) It is a good question, what is the real fear they have, what exactly are they hoping and trying to avoid? I mean, one of my online friends said just last night that she really does not get what all this is about except that these big egos in control have been embarrassed by having some things revealed. I wouldn’t go quite that far but she has a point!

I personally believe the real issue the PTB fear is loss of power and control, because it is being demonstrated that the PTB do not have quite the stranglehold on all of us that they hoped we would believe they have!

But, in regard to the Gulf of Aden theory, what besides weather control could such a vortex involve, would be my question?

And that chart is stunning. All that in the 8th house.

However, I have to say I doubt that we will find much of use in that gaggle of sources, but I do await the reveal of that file about the Gulf of Aden Vortex with a lot of curiosity!

nevertheless, maybe in there somewhere is a nugget….
