  1. Yes, the very same Polk COUNTY, FL sheriff, Grady Judd, that used tax payer’s dollars to extradite Phillip Greaves, author of the “Pedophile Guide to Love and Pleasure” from COLORADO, is now using drones to govern his “territory.”

More going on in central FL than Disney. Google his name…he even made Snopes

  2. katie —

just to clarify, are you calling this cartoon a distraction from more important things?

or are you calling the news about the CIA wanting to send drones to yemen a distraction by the gov’t away from drone use here?

    thanks

  3. Is Droning in Yemen a well-timed tidbit to distract the sheeple’s attention from more pressing and alarming news? Like America’s burgeoning police state? Why, even uber Liberal Susan Sarandon has been adversely impacted by THAT.

“There are at least 63 active drone sites around the U.S, federal authorities have been forced to reveal following a landmark Freedom of Information lawsuit,” The U.K. Daily Mail’s MailOnline reports. “The unmanned planes – some of which may have been designed to kill terror suspects – are being launched from locations in 20 states. Most of the active drones are deployed from military installations, enforcement agencies and border patrol teams, according to the Federal Aviation Authority.”

Here’s the kicker: “But, astonishingly, 19 universities and colleges are also registered as owners of what are officially known as unmanned aerial vehicles. It is thought that many of institutions, which include Cornell, the University of Colorado, Georgia Tech, and Eastern Gateway Community College, are developing drone technology.”

Well, well. High-Tech Big Brother with ivory-tower Intelligentsia predictably in the vanguard–and on the payroll–and we get treated to cartoons about Yemen and what may have been, in effect, an assassination attempt (by the usual suspects) cover story on a presidential patsy. Oy frickin’ vey.
