Pluto, Lighting a Fire Under Uranus in Libra

We at Planet Waves have become dissatisfied with the rate of progress of the Uranus-Pluto square. Where is the revolution? Where are the upheavals and jolts of rebirth of our society? Where are the pangs of freedom? Where’s the party? So far, all we’ve got back for our collective efforts has been a fizzled out Occupy, and a few videos from Anonymous and the iPhone 5.

Let's get right to the point -- Uranus conjunct Pluto in 2221.
Let’s get right to the point — Uranus conjunct Pluto in 2221.

Question — did Sunday’s Aries New Moon, ruled by Mars, feel a little ‘different’ to you? Upon further analysis of the retrograde that Mars is making through Libra, it’s clear that the planet representing maleness is going to go so far backwards into this sign ruled by Venus that Mars will actually invert itself, emerging on May 19 as the first transgendered planet.

Okay, so, we admit, that is something. We’re doing awesome on transgendered rights. Queers can get married lots of places and you can smoke a joint in Denver and not get arrested.

That’s all very Uranus-Pluto, but is that all we get? What’s taking everyone so long to wake up? Why is Monsanto still conquering the world? “American Spring” is about to come out as a Victoria’s Secret ad campaign.

We’ve decided that the current astrology is not powerful enough. Plus, everyone is bored with it already. So we’re skipping ahead to the Uranus-Pluto conjunction of 2221. Yes, we could have gone to the Uranus-Pluto opposition, or the conjunction of 2104, but that one is in Taurus, and it will take too long to have an effect. Yes, it will be pretty and might actually feel good. But it will be conjunct Eris and it might be really confusing. Plus there will be a Moon-Venus conjunction in Aries and everyone else’s revolution will sound better than your own.

Mars in Leo is square the conjunction and everyone will want to be boss and say, “Hey look how evolved I am!” and the cult of Change Feels Good will buckle under the weight of its own hubris and hedonism, and drag on forever.

So we’re not taking any chances.

From now on, we will begin counting astrology from the Uranus-Pluto conjunction in Libra, which happens in 2221. Libra is an air sign. That ought to move things along a little more efficiently. Sure, Libra can never make up its mind, but it loves to tie up the loose ends and does well with a boss. That would be Pluto.

The first thing that will happen under the Libra conjunction will be that the Supreme Court will declare that the only entities that can get married to one another are corporations. According to the chart, the decision will declare all people single. While they can stay in their relationships if they want, they will be legally compelled to be individuals.

This whole “I am not a person without another person” thing will finally blow up. Also the asteroid (57631) Cheaper will be conjunct the asteroid (64533) Rent, which will make it easier to be yourself. This is the change that will shock the world to its senses.

The next two Uranus-Pluto conjunctions will be in Venus-ruled signs: the planets are trying to send a message. The Uranus-Pluto conjunction of the Sixties was in Virgo; yes, the Beatles said “all you need is love,” but all they did was work. Now, Venus is going to grow a pair. She’s sick of waiting for someone to reinvent the orgasm.

So let’s get this revolution started.

  1. Just saw the Albuquerque video. One of the most disturbing things I’ve ever seen — a bunch of men with badges committing premeditated murder of an unarmed person for alleged illegal camping. Those cops knew damned well the guy was not going to try to hurt them, and could not possibly do so.

I called the Albuquerque police non-emergency number and committed (on recording, stating my name and phone number) to call my federal representatives and DOJ to urge the investigation for first degree murder.

There is no justification for this kind of conduct and if we consent to it in any way, tacitly or actively, that is inviting the supremacy of a police state. New Mexico recently repealed is death penalty; that is saying something about the values of the citizens and legislators in that state. Were there a death penalty on the books this would, though I oppose the death penalty in all cases, in my view as a potential juror, have to qualify as a capital offense.

I believe that just as killing a police officer raises the stakes on a potential defendant, a police officer killing a citizen under color of law must be a special class of crime, if the person is found to have been unarmed. Every shooting must be treated as a homicide investigation so that cops know what they will go through if they pull the trigger.

The number if you want to call and state your objection in conscience to what happened is (505) 242-2677. This is the NON-emergency number, not a 911 type number. Calls are recorded.

  2. I’m a lot more hopeful about recent events in the US compared to other countries (especially France with the recent elections). Here are a few positive developments.

-the US DOJ investigating the excessive use of force by the Albuquerque police department (with protests demanding reforms as well)
-a Saudi man (who Glenn Beck falsely accused of being a suspect) suing Glenn Beck for defamation regarding the Boston Marathon terrorist attack of 2013
-DC having one of the most interesting mayoral elections in a long time (the results may be less exciting, but the candidates are more interesting than usual)

I am looking forward to the repudiation of Reaganism…^^

What do I want by the end of the Cardinal grand cross?
    1. People who cherish the triple bottom line can thrive professionally
    2. Easier hiring processes.
    3. Equality between men and women in terms of rights and responsibilities.

  3. I wonder what end-of-the-world-ists will find your 2221 predictions in 2104 and figure it’s a plot of some sordid type? No doubt connected to corporate insurance scams run by lizards.
    Happy First!

  4. I got burned by a verbal abuser last night. “please don’t yell at me” and she responds by yelling at the top of her lungs an inch from my face not to control her. “Your learning to deal with ME” she said. “Yes that’s what we’re doing now. I’m stating a boundary, not controlling you.” and at that point the dragon began breathing fire in my face.

Eris is on my 7th house cusp and I’m kinda getting sick of it. I love confident, strong women but not verbal abuse. In some cases Venus already has a pair and she uses them like a weapon, just like a patriarchal dick. Where’s the revolution? Lost in all the little wars we make to protect our egos like angry dogs protect property: by yelling and biting, dissing and cursing. I know that in many places women are struggling as hard as ever, but in the booming arts district of ne Portland there’s many a woman who has a pair but uses her energy for put downs, belittings, and the feeding of interpersonal warfare all to protect an ego who thinks it’s capable of no wrong. Why am I dragging gender into it? Cause of the perception that only a man can be an abuser. I was on the short end of the stick last night, belittled, yelled at when I kept my voice even, insulted and thoroughly dissed just for speaking up. I swear I didn’t swear, raise my voice, or call names, belittle, or anything.

Yep, 4 people sitting around a table. I felt like Libra, she was Aries. Cancer to my left gave me encouragement and said I wasn’t so bad after all. Capricorn kept his mouth shut. Verbal abuse is the native language of my home environment so in a way I couldn’t help but respond to the opposition by speaking. I’m glad I did because I saw the little ways of her abuse before last night but it didn’t click with me how belittling she can be. Last night the cork popped and I had a human being an inch from my face acting like an angry dog. At least I only yelled back a little bit and I didn’t slam the door on my way out. I felt I played the Libra part extremely well. I don’t know how much more fire in the face I can stand.

The singing crow showed up this morning…
