It's a busy day, astrologically speaking. Overnight into this morning, Venus entered Gemini. Then late tonight into Thursday, Mercury enters Leo. On one level, this is an image of very social astrology. Additional aspects suggest you do your best to roll with unexpected events. In fact, if you have a bold new idea or an urge to do things differently, you may feel happiest if you give yourself the freedom to pursue it. Use your imagination to see the possibilities, and stay sensitive to the needs of others. That will likely serve the greater good better than if you get caught up in ambition, exaggeration or anything less than truthfulness to pursue your agenda.

Aries (March 20-April 19) -- Do what you can to maintain peace and good vibes in your home environment and among relatives. There are times when that will mean going out for a walk, taking a day or two away and, in particular, letting people work out their own problems without you being involved.

Taurus (April 19-May 20) -- Focusing on your finances means handling everything in pairs. For example, having a primary and a secondary source of income; a checking account and a savings account, both of which you use; and a two-fold approach to applying your own gifts: sometimes for pay, and sometimes for selfless service.

Gemini (May 20-June 21) -- You can use your attractive powers more boldly. You know what turns people on, and how to get their attention. That's the approach to take. The benefit will be feeling what it's like to have a relationship with yourself, one based on an authentic spiritual understanding. As you know, romance does not provide that.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 22) -- Remember, how you feel about yourself determines just about all other emotional experiences you have. This is a point lost on the world at the moment, when most affirmation is believed to come from outside of ourselves. If you don't love yourself, you won't notice when anyone else does.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 22) -- You can free yourself from an emotional mire that's been clouding your thinking recently. There are still strong influences luring you into thinking with your feelings rather than your mind, though the difference is palpable -- as are the results. Emoting does not produce useful ideas. Thinking does.

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20) -- Keep track of yourself and your environment. The astrology over the next few days could have you in a slightly altered state of mind, like a light dream state. That, however, is not a good idea in a world that's moving so fast nobody can keep up. Be alert; remember your situational awareness.
