I have not heard it described this way before, though in legal terms, nearly everything that is happening is about in loco parentis: the duty of authorities to stand as guardians rather than abuse their power. Virgo (Aug. 23-Sep. 22) — One of the deepest aspects of the crisis of the past year has been the theft of the future. Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20) — For the past five months, you may have felt like you were trapped inside of some invisible bubble.
