So I have a question? My my rising sign is Libra 24/Sun Aquarius 14 in 4 house/moon Cancer 8 in 9th house using Placidus – should I be using Scorpio reading rather than the Libra reading as the majority of my 1st house is in Scorpio or both? ( IC/4th house cusp is at 2 Aq – just aware recently that this might be the case
