For most of today the Moon is crossing the sensitive region in Capricorn where the era-defining action took place at the beginning of this year. The Moon connects with Mars, Pallas, Pluto and finally Saturn, before entering Aquarius at 9:16 pm EDT (1:16 am UTC).
A lot is changing, and on a frequent basis. Many now constantly face having to rethink everything they have known. On the one hand, this is a wholly unique time to be alive. On the other, there’s a lot of weirdness and understandable anxiety.
The Moon passing through this taut region of the sky will more than likely mean tensions come to a head, for a good few people. That can also mean resolution and coming to terms with the new scenario. Either way and above all, be gentle with yourself, and with loved ones and everyone you encounter. Give yourself the space and compassion to adjust safely and at your own speed. Take care of yourself, do what you can to take care of others — and please accept help if you need it.
