Aries (March 20-April 19) — Healing is real, though you must do the work and be willing to make adjustments that prevent re-injury. Most of what passes for healing is nothing of the kind. The process begins with defining a problem you wish to solve, in a way that can be addressed. Often, the problem is stated in a way that cannot be solved, and persists for this reason. So you have to focus, and feel, and express your need in a way that is tangible, and also leaves open the possibility to go deeper. It’s also crucial to go beyond the concepts of fault and blame, especially if you are blaming yourself. Often this is most of the problem — backing yourself into a corner with no route of escape. So a gentle approach is necessary. And you need to be willing to honestly consider things you’ve avoided in the past. Taken together, this all would be a very good start.

Taurus (April 19-May 20) — Push, pull, lure, entice or otherwise guide yourself to do something outside of your regular mental routine. You are craving this with every cell in your body. You need creative freedom, and you can only have it if you take it. Yes, taking it may feel like stealing, and if that’s true then so be it. You cannot steal from yourself, unless you divert all of your imagination and sexual passion to doing things you think you’re supposed to do — and only those things. The actual risk you face with any kind of experiment is an unpredictable outcome. You cannot say in advance what will happen or how you will change — and if you engage your creative instincts, you most definitely will. There’s also the issue of control. More than anything, it looks like this is the thing you want to give up or go beyond. It is a drag.

Gemini (May 20-June 21) — Though certain external factors in your life may not seem to be proceeding quickly, the ones that matter can go quite well, and at a pace quick enough to be interesting. Emphasize what is happening rather than what is not happening. Focus on people who are into cooperation rather than those who seem stuck in their head or in their situation. Social activity switches to behind the scenes: homes rather than public places, and smaller groups rather than larger. Your home would be an excellent gathering space as the Sun continues its path through your fellow mutable sign Virgo. The line between thought and emotion is thinner than you may realize; what matters is that whether in physical life or in your mind, draw your awareness inward. Journaling or writing personal essays will teach you more than any book.

Cancer (June 21-July 22) — Financial matters require being both shrewd and decisive, and that is what you must tap into over the next few days. This is not a passive activity either (for ethical people), nor is it done with aggression where someone might get hurt. But your full attention is required; you must bring your intelligence and experience to whatever decision you’re making. More than anything, your situation calls on you to be the master of your own energy. Do that by knowing your priorities, and avoiding anything that compromises your integrity. Speaking of compromise, there will be some necessary, so know what you want, know what is a dealbreaker, and stick to your values. It is possible that someone close to you will offer valuable guidance — though you must consider what you hear carefully.

Leo (July 22-Aug. 23) — You understand something that you cannot explain, and no explanation is necessary. However, you might consider the impact of your actions and choices on others, and ask them about it. This way, you can mitigate any negative fallout. However, if you must make an important move, that is your situation. Yet from the look of your chart, it seems like there are many common interests between you and someone you either work with or care about. It is therefore safe to take a collaborative approach. If you sidestep this entirely, you may get a result that you don’t like and that does not work for anyone. And what you must have at this point in your life are results that work for everyone. People have difficulty believing this is even possible, though only after they have tossed out that idea as rubbish.

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sep. 22) — As your ruling planet Mercury aligns with the Sun in your birth sign, you may discover a diversity of new opportunities opening up for you. Some will come through other people, such as friends and longtime associates. Others will be the direct reward for your accomplishments. And this may distill down to one opening that has attributes of both. You are likely to know this when you see it. One distinction is that it looks like an opportunity without some kind of counter-offer or alternative option. Even if you’re someone who likes to choose between and among options, this may be an all-or-nothing offer. Is it up to your high standards? Or is it better to ask, have you ever had a chance like this, or even close?

Libra (Sep. 22-Oct. 23) — Where there is a will, there is a way. In fact there are a lot of ways, and there is not a lot of will. Most people just get along; it’s easier, and less risky, and then they wonder what happened. It is time for you to assert yourself, and to be aware of all the potential excuses for not doing so. There are plenty of those. However, what you must (and I mean must) be cautious of is expressing your energy in a way that is not directed specifically and consciously. Be specific and focus your mind and your intention. It is easy to blur out, or to go forward in all directions — ill advised. Mars in your sign says to select a direction and go there. And it’s vital that you not overdo it. Get any thoughts of “overkill” or conquering out of your mind. You are closer to your goal than you think.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 22) — You are in rare form right now, though you must be aware of blind spots. We’re all familiar with this idea from driving; a blind spot in a rearview mirror can hide the presence of a truck. But it’s right there. The old remedy was to turn your head. The new remedy is sensors and cameras. Those will not work for the kind of blind spot I’m talking about; you will need to keep your attention focused inwardly while at the same time maintaining situational awareness. You are handling and channeling tremendous power right now. So you must be aware of the process of aiming and directing that power, as well as the environment into which you release your energy. It is possible to hurt and get hurt. It is possible to move mountains.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 22) — You remain in one of the most creative moments of your life. This means more in a time when nearly everyone has some kind of side-hustle or creative pursuit: the insurance rep who is the lead vocalist in a country band; you might drive for Uber and have and tend a garden (and so on). Creativity is not specific. It’s a potential, like electricity. Talent is also a state of potential, which responds to investment of your love and attention. I don’t know what you do or who you are. I don’t know what you want. But I do know that what you direct your faith, energy and passion into will grow. And it can grow in beautiful ways that you’ve wanted to happen for a long time. Keep going. Recognize what you’ve accomplished, and remember, you started not from nothing, but rather from an idea.

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20) — Your solar chart describes you in something of a perfect place. Now, a chart is theoretical. Your life is real, and real is almost always a mixed bag. But as far as potential goes: that looks like a state of relative calm, of mental and emotional balance, and also a bold splash of ambition. There seems to be something you want to get done — bolder than usual, and requiring more courage. You have it. You have the skill and the mindfulness and the overall ability you need. Most of all, you are willing to take a chance on yourself to make things happen. I know, I often describe the seeming risk factor when attempting anything meaningful. That’s because it’s the most important ingredient. Being intelligent and thoughtful implies a measure of caution. And at the right moment, you have to let it go.

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 19) — It’s a little weird that the latest technological innovation promises liberation from the work of thinking: as a substitute for using your brain to solve a problem. I wonder what ChatGPT has to say about that. People are using this bullshit for everything from therapy to helping deal with unruly kids to medical issues to fake romantic relationships. For you, using it would be like walking down the street with crutches when you don’t have an injury. You might feel insecure about your ideas, but so did many of the greatest geniuses in history. You may wonder about the nature of truth, and that’s proof that you’re alive and paying attention. Any sense of isolation or longing you feel, or of wondering who you are: that’s proof that you exist in human form. There is no substitute. If you have a question — and you do — work it out for yourself.

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20) — After months or years of sincere effort, it looks like you’re about to connect. By connect, I mean you’re at the intersection where preparation meets opportunity. It’s on you to understand where anyone you’re working with or doing business with is coming from. For this, you must use past knowledge and also situational awareness. Listen carefully, and interpret without projecting your own perceptions onto the situation (difficult, I know, but it’s possible). Also, you must know your availability. By that, I directly mean knowing what you are available for, and what you’re willing to do. If money is involved, set your fee, demand or request slightly higher than your self-perceived worth, and be ready to negotiate in a direct and bold way. But the single most important thing to remember is to stay aligned with your values and your purpose. Then you cannot go wrong.
